Goals for This Project

The work! application was created with both beginner and advanced users in mind.

For novice users, the goal was to provide an easy-to-use experience that enables them to plan, begin, and track their workouts with confidence.

For advanced users, the goal was to support deeper customization by allowing users to create personalized workouts, track progress over time, and connect with others.

My Role

As the UX Designer on this collaborative project, I was responsible for ensuring all prototyping and visual design needs were met and clearly documented.

Responsibilities Included

  • Conceptualized end-to-end user flows across the core workout and tracking experience.
  • Collaborated with other designers to create low-, mid-, and high-fidelity mockups for all key screens.
  • Conducted remote user testing to ensure the experience was intuitive and easy to navigate.
  • Established KPIs to measure success and guide iteration.
  • Ran A/B tests across different design concepts to validate goals and usability improvements.
  • Ensured designs were responsive and usable across a wide range of screen sizes.
  • Researched interaction patterns between the mobile app and companion watch app.
